Police have identified Keith Holmes, a 43 year old black male from the Kingsessing neighborhood as the suspect who shot a 13 year old in the stomach Thursday evening during an altercation between neighborhood kids on the corner of 57th and Kingsessing.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest and police have asked that anyone with further information to please contact them.
The victim is currently listen in Stable Condition at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
